Ways to sleep without wake up at night and wake up with fresh mood


                            This article is about the best way to sleep without wake up at night like I always did. So why is it important to sleep more than 8 hours, for people who sleep less more than 8 hours per night will have high chance for heart attack and strokes or even cancer. But as all we know most of us usually sleepless than 8 hours every day so be careful. To stay awake from 17 to 19 our brain will act similar to someone with alcohol blood of level 0.5. This always happen to me all the time which I always have trouble at concentration on sleeping and the next day I act like a zombie. So here are some examples on list that I like and to make you feel fresh for tomorrow: Try to make up your lost sleep as possible, Don’t drink anything with caffeine after 2:00 pm, Keep your bedroom cool, avoid light before go to sleep like TV or computer and last add other hour on your sleep schedule by going to sleep at the early time.

                             This is the most relate to me cause I have problem with wake up and go to toilet every night so first no more water after 20:00 pm. On the examples list the most that relate to me is to keep my bedroom cool as possible cause my mom always open the AC on fan mode 1 but I usually sleep with fan mode 2 so I have to spend half hour to concentration on sleeping. And other things I am a person who love to work at night (like drawing or plot storyline for my fictions) I don’t know but my brain always working clearly at nighttime which tomorrow I feel totally exhausted.
